Oliver’s motivation to choose a career in law arose out of a genuine desire to help people and make a meaningful difference in their lives. He was drawn to personal injury and compensation law because of the opportunity to right wrongs and help clients rebuild their lives after injury, which is a pursuit he finds deeply rewarding.

Oliver started his career in personal injury law as a Law Clerk in 2020, working in a mixed practice covering motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation, public liability, and medical negligence claims. He developed a particular interest in workers compensation and work injury damages matters, drawn to the challenge and the opportunity to advocate for injured workers.

Known for his empathy, passion, and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for his clients, Oliver combines these qualities with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and legal reasoning skills.

Oliver was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2023 and continues to build his expertise across all areas of personal injury law.
